    A greenhouse experiment was carreidout to study the characteristic of growth, N and P uptake in plant, plumbum content in seed and yield of peanut (arachis hypogeae L) due to The Combination of ratio of Ultisols volume in Pulo Merak Banten and types of solid bottom ash organic fertilizer. This experiment was carriedout in a greenhouse of PT. Indonesia Power, UBP Suralaya, Cilegon, Banten in altitude of 5 meters above sea level from September 2011 to December 2011. Experimental design used in this experiment was Randomized Block Design with simple pattern consisted of 13 treatments and repeated three times. Treatment experiment used was the volume ratio between ultisol and types of solid bottom ash organic fertilizer, consisted of: A (Control), B (1 soil : 1 bottom ash organic fertilizer type A), C (1 soil : 1 bottom ash organic fertilizer type B), D (1 soil : 1 bottom ash organic fertilizer type C), E (1 soil : 1 bottom ash organic fertilizer type D), F (1 soil : 2 bottom ash organic fertilizer type A), G (1 soil : 2 bottom ash organic fertilizer type B), H (1 soil : 2 bottom ash organic fertilizer type C), I (1 soil : 2 bottom ash organic fertilizer type D), J (2 soil : 1 bottom ash organic fertilizer type A), K (2 soil : 1 bottom ash organic fertilizer type B), L (2 soil : 1 bottom ash organic fertilizer type C), and M (2 soil : 1 bottom ash organic fertilizer type D). The result showed that the combination application of soil volume and types of bottom ash organic fertilizer influenced the growth, N and P uptake in plant and yield of peanut bison variety. The application of combination 2 soil and 1 bottom ash organic fertilizer type A, B, C, and D gave a better effect to the plant height, leaves, N and P uptake, number of root, number of productive branches, number of pod in each plant, the percentage of filled pod, weight of 10 dry seeds, netto per plant. The application of combination of 1 soil and 1 bottom ash organic fertilizer type A, B, C, D and 2 soil and 1 bottom ash organic fertilizer type A, B, C, D was the safest combination in Plumbum content so it will not be harm for human.
