    Marketing Strategy Analysis which is help Flora Sari Nursery Management as Euphorbias Suplier has increase its market share. The method in this research is case study method. The internal environment analysis result extracted froe several factors that becone a strength from Flora Sari Nursery such as direct selling to customer, price discount, incerasing sale profit, continuity to provide seeds and cultivating media and family management in Flora Sari Nursery. On the other hand, there are some weakness such as promotion and only through exhibition, lack of brochure, one commercial in Yellow Pages, and double job employee. The external environment analysis result extracted from opportunity such as acceptable product selling price, technology, and potential distribution channel. Otherwise, there are also several threats such as increasing material, rain season, advance technology, lack of product inovation, and bigger competitor.
