Successful Agribusiness company can see the human resources as an asset which is developed based on business needs. This matter will make company more competitive. The company must think strategically developing human resources to reach competitive advantage. Developing human resources not only an option but also mandatory to control the market successfully. Company must owning the best people in every division. The company that has developed human resources effectively has a high rank proﬁtability, productivity and proﬁt growth per stock. In other ways, it can provide organization needs, stock owner and investor. Effective human resource management can provide employee needs in several ways. As long as the company durability, expanding, and proﬁt growth, the company also provide employment security, more job vacancy, and higher salary.
